Putin's Generals - Is He Getting a Little Too Late to the Party?
There has been a sort of game of musical chairs that's been going on within the circle of Putin's generals. It definitely speaks to one thing, which is that the war is not going well, and that Putin is not happy with how it's going. In the top-down system that he created, he thinks that changing the guy at the top will change the outcome. But it's kind of so far gone that it's hard to imagine turning around this massive ship.
