Is There a Recession Risk in Germany?
Germany has a huge trade deficit witha russia and norway at the moment, just reflecting out that big energy story. On a 12 months basis, the value of imports is almost 28 % compared to 11 point 7% for exports there. But i think a lot of people are underrating the potential risk here from germany should the russia ukrane crisis build further. It's hard to see the ura rallying in a meaningful way if you do have this energy crisis going on in europe.
