The Power of Dividend Stocks

Companies essentially earn money, earn profits. They can either pay out those earnings as a dividend or buy back shares. And the third thing a company can do with their earnings is just simply reinvest back into the business. Some companies that stand out to me are home depot, walmart, micr soft and locke martin some of these might pay a dividend higher or lower than these index funds.

Does a stock market crash affect real estate? We’ve seen home prices hit record growth over the past two years, with a slight slowdown happening right now. But nothing in the real estate market compares to the stock market selloff that has happened over the past six months.
