I understand that clearly you felt that was entirely wrong, but there's a moral difference between deciding I can no longer be a part of this, and a different decision. Some of your critics have written about what Daniel Ellsberg did. He said we have a system for controlling critical national security secrets. Congress had nothing to do with the classification system. It is an executive system ruled by regulations from the Defense Department, ultimately the president.
