I think that the next step of managing and mitigating these kinds of cognitive mistakes is where we need to put our effort today. We've actually made quite little advancement in this you know so it becomes some really interesting questions about what to do about that I wrote a piece last year called methods to improve decisions. It was an explicit effort to try to introduce a handful of tools that an investor or an investment organization could try to put into place to at least make a dent on this problem but it's not easy.
