The Difference Between a Glass With Ice in It and a Glass Without

If you start with a glass with ice, it'll fizz up a ridiculous amount. You've got to be really careful about how quickly you pour it. And I can't figure out why that is. Are surface area? Surface area, okay. But if you took your glass out of the freezer, I love doing that. There is no finer beer in the world than a beer, watching the Athenian sunset in a frozen tank.
