Analysis of Housing Inventory and Construction Gap

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) announced Friday that it finally reached a settlement with the various homeowner groups that had been suing the trade group since 2019. The NAR will pay $418 million in damages and end some of its practices, including the language around commission sharing.
