Editing Cross Word Puzzles - Are You Interested in Hearing From New Voices?

i'm of south asian descent, and so my journey to crosswords was actually a reckoning with things in the new york times that i felt were outside of my wheel house. We we love to hear from people whose voices are not always represented in the puzzle. I i want people who look like me and sound like me and talk like me and eat like me to be solving puzzles too.
