William and the Carpenter

The story of William the Conqueror, who is used to getting his way. He disguises himself at one point as a carpenter and works all day helping them build siege machinery. But then he promptly burns it all to the ground with a big smile on his face. His counsellors are suggesting that perhaps discretion is the better part of valor maybe we should let them find peace. And this leads to herrywood being arrested for breaching the king's peace.
