The Kentucky State Securities Regulators cease to desist, they sent to Nexo in it. Their investigators make the claim that if you ignore the value of Nexo token on the books for Nexo, they were insolvent. My hypothesis is that they have not fully evaded those problems. But I will say, oddly, maybe this just speaks to the disconnection between crypto and the real world, but their token hasn't like crashed on this news.
