The madisonian structure, which by sort of definition and tightly controlled legislatures, pushes power to the centre. These are the people who are the majority makers, right? Just like we were talking about bwith voters, but now with voters in the senate. You know, mansion and cinima become incredibly powerful in a very narrow senate precisely because they're the most persuadable people for either party. And so that just makes them less than ina knotty foregone conclusion about where they're gon to vote.
