The Relationship Between the Big Brother and the Small Brother

I look at it as a degree of a big brother, small brother relationship. You're the big brother kind of looking out for the smaller brothers. It's our job to try and do our part to represent the best interests of all shareholders. And so you're right. I think that companies realize that they're not performing well... The stock price is lower.
