The investment only amplifies the talent, as long as you work with it u se you build it. It's a fascinating and motivating thing to continually explore and develop your own strength. The teacher who led my training when i got gallop servified, he had input as his number one strength. That's where he wasn't including everybody in the group. And guess what? They felt included, right? Noit included, but from a way different angle from his strength of input.
