CNN's John Sutter speaks to the author of a new book on constitutionalism. He says it is catching on among professional lawyer people, academic conservatives. It feels very much like the fights over who regan was going to appoint the n e h in 19 82, he says. But i don't think it maps directly under what the new generation of actual judges are doing, but i do think that common good constitutionalism could really take root among this younger generation of lawyers.
