Are Black Veterans Benefits Eligible?

i was convinced all the way up until last summer that it was fair and hitd gone out to everyone, but i was getting no. A friend i i had known remotely, my husband, at night, he was bisiting in our area, and we invited him out for lunch. He told us black people were not eligible for those benefits. Isis? Are you sure? Because i could hardly believe it. And he said, oh, yes, no. My dad was bitter about it to the end of his days.
