Risha Pachitino has been out of management for a year. He's spoken at Sky Sports and with the high performance podcast. So many interesting ideas on what he could do when he comes back. The 4-2-3-1 is essentially, I would say, the progenitor of what he tries to execute. From there in midfield when you've got a double pivot in the engine room, there is balance.
