The Importance of Facilitating the Co-Design Process
The need for a facilitator role or someone who is impartial in the process. Someone who can sit between the very tight deadlines from a potential developer perspective and manage the process from an impartial perspective. Something i'm keen to work on is to figure out what landowners and developers and local authorities can do to just like unlock all that potential of people, he says.
