The Art of the Osichie
The Osichie is like a canvas on which you're making a painting. And I often think that one of the ways of getting the artistic, the kind of things that make sensibility of me is being able to paint this picture on the canvas. The fact that you can serve it and eat it and people can enjoy the taste of it is yet another pleasure that comes with it.
