10 years ago, real estate tycoons in Manhattan flocked to build super tall residential towers for the ultra wealthy. They couldn't have foreseen just how different the world would become as these buildings went up. Vornado Realty was one of the few companies to actually see returns on its building. But it's now facing headwinds from its huge commercial real estate portfolio with the stock sliding 25% this year.
