The Museums of Ancient Egypt
Museums have a huge part to play in how we are equally unseen and invisible. I would prefer to have Egypt at the center of the story, not just of thought, but of ancient Egypt in general. These are parts of Egyptian history that the West do not feel direct relationship with which ends up getting totally dismissed. The National Museum of Egyptian Civilisation brings material from across Egyptian experience into single galleries. It's extraordinary and it really contextualises the material that I work on so beautifully.
