Accelerated Approval in Precision Medicine
Since 1992, we have been 42 accelerated approvals in precision oncology. The median objective response rate, overall response rate for each of these drugs was 53%. So far, among the 42 drugs that have been approved in an accelerated approval manner in for precision Oncology, no drug has been withdrawn. In biomarker selected population, you know, we see response rates when the drug is matched to therapy.
