The Virtues of Good Sleep
One must have all the virtues in order to sleep well. Ten times must thou laugh during the day, and be cheerful. Peace with God and thy neighbour, so desireth good sleep. A small company is more welcome to me than a bad one. It is bad sleeping without a good name and a little treasure. Such sleep is contagious. Even through a thick wall it is contagious. Blessed are those drowsy ones for they shall soon nod to sleep. Thus spake Zarathustra. The work of a suffering back worldsman. Colored vapors before the eyes of a divinely dissatisfied man. Good and evil and joy and misery woe on thee when you die.
