The Importance of Having a Growth Mindset
There are so many cognitive biases that stand in our way. The one that I think is hilarious is information aversion. It's when things are going well, then we constantly look for news about that thing. We need to pursue a growth mindset. A growth mindset says, I can't do this yet. And the word yet is so important. So having that growth mindset will let us realise that who we are now is not who we're going to be in five years time and that there is room enough at the top for everybody.
