The Importance of Early Draft Picks in the Cubs Draft

First round picks should be the ones that kind of come up and impact your team. David Dody was maybe going to be that guy hasn't ultimately worked out but he was on that trajectory which is a fair criticism in that even with some of the success of these first round picks like just throughout the rest of the draft have not really produced a bunch of players. It's still way too early to really say yes or no on any of those guys like Hayden McGear you mentioned him is hitting really well and he will see it's I'm saying like he was a later on pick last year's draft we'll see where he goes.
