CNN's Richard Quest talks to Chilean President Sebastián Piñeiro. He says he came to power with big ambitions and high hopes for a progressive agenda. One of the symbols of that was his desire for a new constitution, which Chileans rejected last year. "As a leader, you have to love more your people than your ideology,"Piñeiro tells Quest.
