Can the Conspiracy Charge Be Used in a Trial?

The conspiracy charge is really interesting. It's not initially in in the nuremberg charter. The americans bring in the conspiracy charge for a number of reasons. In part, jackson tries to use the conspiracy and yet he actually does use it for theAmericas' control over the case. So that's part of how the conspiracy charge is used during the trial. And so yes, a conspiracy, it stays in there, but it's narrowed, and it's narrowed considerably. But another reason though, why this then becomes a really big deal has to do with crimes against humanity.
