Lancer - I'm Not Sure if He's Going to Step Away From the Top Job or Not

I can't see anything other than Lancer continuing where they've been going. The interesting thing at Edinburgh is Mike Blair deciding to step away from the head coach role because he wants to be an assistant. I think it's a fascinating development and I speak to loads of head coaches who have that frustration that they take the top job and then their time in the pitch is just completely diminished or even vanished. It makes no sense that the best coach the guy who's risen to head coach status isn't getting time on the pitch with the players so I'd say bravo to him for having the I suppose lack of ego to step away  and be the coach that he want to be.
