Mental illness has this overlay of social disparagement and just general rejection that I think exacerbates the whole problem in a quite massive way. So what was called a madhouse early on becomes an asylum, becomes a mental hospital or in America becomes a state hospital to even glide the mental part of things but everybody quickly recognizes what's going on so sort of reformed by word magic doesn't do much.
