Coaches, What Do You Want the Experience Too?

Coaches often say they want more commitment from their kids. But then it's like, how much voice are your players getting? So commitment, voice and choice will help read some of that commitment. And so we just have this one little resource where you, as the coach, can go through and list out all the different decisions that you're making as a coach.
