Are You Looking for That Passion and Commitment When You're Building Talent?
I don't think you can like fake passion and I do think it shines through maybe in different ways maybe people express it differently but I think if there is that true passion and commitment for what we are trying to do for patients I would almost over index on that piece. Maybe the skills and the specific experience can be taught you know but I But I think I think it's that that fire under the belly that urgency and that passion that I really really look for when I'm building talent yeah that's a great answer.
