I thought there was going to be a rebound sooner in the bigger money center banks. The too big to fail banks don't seem to be getting any benefit or love from the market at all. I think they fixed the Bank of America, but they fixed the liquidity issue. So that's not what the markets worried about anymore. They're actually worried about that these banks have gone and lost too much money being long bonds. When you hedge interest rate risk, it's a transfer of risk from one person to another.
