Free Speech - I'm Just Worried About That

i'm just worried about what that will look like from a free speech perspective. So an idont like elon muskis just enough of a loose cannon that i just have no idea what direction that's going to turn, and what, like, what blowback would come from it. How does this process have to work if somebody wants to buy a publicly traded company and take it privateso i saw he'd like filld outs and filings the s c but do like all the shareholders have to agree to being bought out?
