The House of Representatives Can't Seat Someone
There's not a mechanism in place to just automatically jettison somebody from lying on the resume. The house chamber itself can decide not to seat someone. If the chamber says this person is clearly out with the very broad range of morality we allow in this august chamber, we are not going to seat him and we encourage the district to relax somebody else. It is allowed, but the threshold is very high.
