meditation isn't about shutting ourselves away from the world. It's not about shutting out our emotions or denying what's happening. It's about taking ourselves away for long enough so that we can see the mind clearly, so that we then know how to engage with it. If we are lost in a noisy mind, a confused mind and angry mind, it's really, really difficult to affect positive changes. I'll look forward to seeing you back here tomorrow.
