A Man Without Self-Control

Proverbs 25, 28: A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls. It reminds me though, also of just the way our culture, we've trained people to think, which is everything is systemic. So really, if we have a society with terrible government at the civil level, it's really because we probably have had it at the personal level.
