The Russell 2000: A Multi-Year Cycle in Small Caps
We think interest rates will stay higher than the market, perhaps, think they will today. We don't see wage price spirals coming because it's not workers in the same jobs getting wage increases. So we think this goes very well for sluggish but continued economic growth. In terms of the length of the rally here in small caps, we still believe that we are at the beginning of a multi-year cycle in small caps.
