The Transformation of Fatness

I turned to food as comfort especially in those early years. Food was there and it was easy to access because thank God I didn't have access to drugs or alcohol. That would have been a different kind of disaster. And, you know, looking back, I wish I had chosen a different coping mechanism but I survived.
