What Is Child Baptism?

The apostolic tradition by hippolytis outlines the general sacramental practices, the worship practices of the church. In chapter 21 it says that children shall be bapti first. This is about the earliest we have that gets into any extensive detail about what was going on in baptisms. So this is an ancient practice, and that's the kind of testimony that we should be taking much more seriously than an alpato baptist in the ninth century who seems to think apostolic traditionhad been something else.
