How to Use Your Eyes Effectively
80 per cent of all learnings come from our eyes. Most people don't use their eyes effectively and rely on them subconsciously. When talking to people, we do not make eye contact. We instead, stare at the floor or look away. Listening with your eyes is a very passive activity. You are just absorbing the other person. And you're making them feel seen.
