i want to come in a little bit curious about thecon rather than as if i hav all the answers around this particular conflict. All i have is how i'm feeling and what i think i have experienced. And sometimes i don't even knowif i've experienced it correctly. But i do think that's an active way to approach conflict, is to actively and personally absorb it and release it. If you can't the work have? We g have to do something else.
