In 1964 Joe lindpiao acted in the role of impresario for a stage production called march forward under the banner of Mao Zedong. In 1965 China tested another atomic bomb on May 14th 1965 as this was happening Mao was busy planning the cultural revolution 1965 1966 and 1967. When it's all over 1976 Joe would be the one and only top leader who survived the cultural revolution without being purged but that didn't mean he had it easy his well-known life story is full of ups and downs.
