The NASDAQ 100 Could Be in a New Bull Market
The question really for me is, the NASDAQ 100 could eventually prove itself to have been in a new bull market. The big change in factors was Fed liquidity. We're unwinding what I think is a 13-year zero interest rate tech spending bubble. Bank credit is going to tighten. Tech spending is going to get cut. And then the end tech is cyclical.
