How to Maximize Lighter's Value in the Bullpen

With Lighter, the thinking with him he has six pitches. As a starter, they're likely not going to allow him to get through lineups multiple times. So for him to go three, four, five innings with regularity to have success seems low. But what he does well is he commands pitches pretty well above average on four of his six pitch times. And you can selectively employ Lighter against a lineup that either is poor against facing tailing pitches or poor against facing cutting action. That is where I think one will be challenging for Ross, but two, it could really optimize his value.
