Misdemeanor cases make up about half of the total or felony cases, but it's a big office. It has to do all the conventional d c crimes, and suddenly 650 cases are dumped on them with speedy trial obligations. And then only about three have been tence so far. But they've gotten eight months, 14 months. This week, forty one months was the first case of a, a, somebody that assaulted aa police officer. He punched one guy in the face, but then there's no question he he had earlier helped rescue two police officers that were in trouble.
