Is There a Consequence to New Spending?

A lot of members in both parties now think that there are really no consequences to this spending. I mean, we've operated for a long time under this assumption that we don't really need to worry, and we're not going to really pay any sort of a, you know, any any sort of consequences. And so i do think that on some level, that conversation as different than it was before.
