There's a group of us that are gonna get certified as substitute teachers and aides, who are going to groups have already come in and cut out things for teachers. Because education's not broken. Teachers teaching kids isn't broken. It's teachers having to be roofers and pavement employees, and craftsmen and social workers and therapists, and deal with their own homes all for barely minimum wage. When you've got a tornado of anxiety fueling one of the biggest purchases you'll ever make, this is not a good idea. So if you're a new home buyer right now, my advice to you is to focus on what you can control like the people you choose to help you in the home
