What Do You Still See as Pain Points in E-Commerce?
I've got a lot to learn. My focus has really been in Europe. The debate about how incremental is e-commerce is over. What we're doing is busy actually managing different requests for the number of people that want to learn more about this space. I think it's a big difference for me. There is a big difference that has happened that I've noticed in the last year. We were used to basically going around without begging bowls, asking for headcount or marketing investment. So now actually we've got the opposite problem, which is how can you educate at scale and make more ambassadors in the business to leave the charge and deliver the transformation we all want to see.
