Huawei reported revenue rose from about 6.5% from a year ago to $19.9 billion. Infrastructure sales are offsetting the smartphone sales declines that are being caused by US sanctions. Singapore's Trafigura announced it will partner with battery metals processor EVO Lucian to build a cobalt sulfate processing plant in Arizona. The facility could produce about 40% of the demand for cobalt by 2027.
