I think where a person goes to school may have an impact on their decision. The residency, the education of the medical students and residents was like the most important thing. It wasn't doing as many cases as can be possible. It was the education of those learners, whether they be students or residents. And then, you know, within that setting, it may be the luck of the draw with which service you rotate on. There's no doubt that people tend to do things similar to those that have influenced them or their mentors.
