The Key to Balance Is Listening to Your Constituents

I really think the solution is not a national balance, because there isn't such a thing right? Every state is different. Look at massachusetts. Is 30 miles to myself, and they're so fundamentally different than new hampshire. And that's why i think when governors are givin the more flexibility as as a nation, that's actually how we have more success. President byden recently coud have agreed with you, said more should be done at the state level. We should push it there. I would never try to tell another state what their balance should be or what their formula should be.
